Hemingway the Golden Retriever
Hemi joined our home a little over a month ago. To say he is active would be an understatement. He loves to play in the yard, chase the ball and go exploring. Never have I known a more loving dog. When he's tired he will sit right down in your lap and fall asleep, which should be interesting when he is full grown! He is my best friend.
How could you not love that face - He's a teddy bear with a tail?? Adorable! Hug him for us, and spoil him to bits.

What is it with Goldens and the sticks? Ours chewed on them constantly,(she's older now and has given it up) but I was always afraid she would swallow part of it so I always took them away when I saw it. Didn't want the vet trip! Anyway, love 'em and always will. Yours Hemi is a cutie!
Loving and your best friend - the two best words to describe a golden. At every pic I wanted to stop because I knew none would be better, yet each was better than the last. I had to just laugh out loud at this one though. He is such a beautiful animal - what a love. You are so lucky, and so is Hemingway to have a human best friend.

Hemingway is adorable, enjoy all the love and lap sitting, they are just the most loving breed. I had to put my wonderful Golden boy, Seamus to sleep just two weeks ago after 12 years and 3 months of unconditional love. Hemmingway looks a lot like him as a pup and he also loved to sit in my lap and cuddle up against me, that continued his entire life and I so miss it. You are in for some wonderful times with this special guy!

I am definetly partial to this breed, and labs too. I just don't think there is anything cuter than these puppies. Oh that furry little body, and those soft ears, and the chunky paws, and that FACE, are to die for. All together, and I have died and gone to heaven. Such a sweet baby doll, and believe it or not he will get sweeter and you will fall more in love with him daily. God bless for many many years to come.
